The Body Pledge

This blog is a commitment to increasing self-esteem, encouraging body acceptance and to reducing negative self talk.

It is a collection of photos from men and women, submitted to the blog from around the world that have taken the pledge to start accepting the skin they are in and to start realizing that their self-worth is not determined by their appearance.

What it means to take the pledge:
It doesn't implicate automatic, instant self-love and being happy in the world every day. It means that you will make an attempt to follow the points of the pledge and to realize that you are capable of body acceptance. Start now by submitting a photo and spreading the love.
